This hotel is really close to Sta Lucia train station, actv dock & lots of restaurant around the area, hotel is very clean & cozy, bathroom is big, comfortable bed, big closet that fits luggages, nice staff, very friendly. I will definetly stay here again if i come back to venice.

The pictures of fhe rooms do not do any grace. I picked this hotel because it was near the train station. I felt safe. The hotel is near shops and restaurants. Friendly staff and breakfast was good.

Had a great stay. The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great - a few mins walk to the train station and lots of restaurant choices a short walk away. Breakfast was simple but very much appreciated and was replenished regularly - also there is a little outdoor seating area which was really nice. No elevator - we were on the 4th floor - good exercise :) The staff was fabulous - We arrived early and our room wasn't ready yet and they held our luggage and even put it in our room for us. Thanks for a great stay!

Cute little place, easy walk from the train. Checked in past 2pm with no issue, room was a decent size, bathroom was bigger than expected, everything was simple and clean. Staff was friendly and in the morning I had breakfast on the back patio which was lovely!

Convenient and Friendly

Excellent location a few minutes from the train station. It felt safe walking nearby even at night. The staff was delightful and helpful. Breakfast is simple and there is a cute patio area for sitting. Plus , there is a wonderful restaurant named Il Vagone within 100 feet that we can highly recommend (others agree, it gets 4.5 on Yelp).

Great hotel team!

We had a wonderful stay here! From the second we walked through the door, the employees here were incredibly kind and welcoming. They were able to get us to our room earlier, as well as accommodate to the fact we had an early check out by leaving some breakfast in our room. Very thoughtful! Breakfast was abundant and delicious! We would definitely recommend staying here. Price to stay was affordable, too!

Really good property on a quiet street, convenient and close to the train/bus station. The staff was kind, and I appreciated they let me sneak into breakfast early so I could eat breakfast before my busy tour days. Only downside, which I was prepared for because it was the dead of summer in Venice, is the air conditioning wasn't working well. They provided fans in every room and did what they could. Would book again.

Very good cost/benefit . Very near to the train station , rooms have enough space and its worth the price compared to other hotels in Venice. Unfortunately they are with a AC problem in this summer but provided a fan to each room and theres a sign saying that. The reception works for not much time (from 9 till 14) but they provide a memo with all the information you need. Not advised for those with heavy bags because that are stairs to get to the room.

Great location, within 5 minutes walk to train station. Clean, welcoming nice staff, breakfast was included, reasonable size room. Really appreciated the early check in as the room was available. There is no lift so if your room are in level 1 or 2, prepare for carrying your luggage 1 or two flights of stairs each around 17 steps. The front desk is manned till 2 pm. There are lots of noise’s from outside traveling to the rooms at night, from people outside till late hours say 12-1 (am). However you may just need to use ear plugs. Easy distance to Vaporreto. Good 30 minutes walk to st Marco.
