Welcome to Salt life in Venice your cozy vacation getaway home just minutes from everything Venice has to offer.
8 min to the Venice beach
10 min to the Historic Downtown Venice.
Short drive to shopping and restaurants.

Registered guests only. Absolutely no
pets. No smoking or vaping inside and no smoking
outside anywhere on our grounds. Drive slowly on
our road. Low-key, quiet respectful vacationers
only. Must be 25 years old or older or staying with
parents to stay here. No parties, events, or noisy
gatherings of any kind.

Florida is a tropical climate and it is possible to
see bugs inside despite our best efforts. Please
keep windows/doors tightly closed & keep place
clean & tidy with food tightly closed to prevent
pests.
- $350 fine for evidence of smoking and for pet
violations & face immediate eviction.

Kids
must be supervised at all times. No lifeguard on
duty - swim at your own risk. No horseplay. No
diving, jumping or flipping. SHALLOW WATER.
Pool hours: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Strict neighborhood noise ordinance in place at
night. Follow all posted pool area rules.

you understand swimming and use of rental
property is at your own risk. All posted pool and
house rules must be followed for the safety and
enjoyment of all. No lifeguards on duty. Swimming
pool closes at sunset. Follow pool hours. Kids
must be supervised at all times by adult. You
agree to be fully responsible for any accidents you may incur.
