"I recently spent four days and three nights at a property in Venice Beach, FL, and overall, it was a memorable experience with my family celebrating my dad's 73rd birthday. The location was fantastic, with just a five-minute walk to the beach, making it convenient for us to soak up the sun and enjoy the ocean breeze. "The property was just what we were looking for. The location is great. It is a perfect place to stay to walk to restaurants and the beach. The shower was the best shower i have ever used, and towels were luxurious. The host was friendly. We wiuld definitely stay here again."

"My family of 4 had a great stay at Rick’s home. The duplex had everything we needed for our visit. The beach chairs, umbrella, and shark tooth sifter were a huge bonus. Downtown was an easy walk and there is a park at the end of the street that the kids enjoyed. The beach wasn’t walkable for us due to the amount of stuff we had. As others have stated, the neighborhood is nice and quiet."

Minor issues, the front door really sticks making it difficult to open and to lock. Couldn’t get tvs to work (some internet connectivity issue) but we were not inside enough for it to be a problem worth calling about. Would recommend!!"
