This smaller, older, clean, well maintained hotel is a good place to stay. Excellent staff who were very helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours. Easy walking distance to train station. I found the firm pillows a bit hard, but really enjoyed this place. Would recommend & stay again.

Very Good basic Hotel.

Basic room? But well maintained and very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice people at desk. My only complaint is that the small fridge really didn't work at all. WiFi could be better, but wasn't the worst I've had in Italy. Great location. Close to train and bus stations. Lots of good restaurants around. Multi ethnic.

I stayed there during my trip to Venice. Staying outside Venice saved me a lot of money. The room was very basic, quiet and clean. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful. If you are looking for a place to sleep at an affordable rate, this hotel is a great choice. Just do not expect to indulge in an exotic room.

We stayed there for one night. The check-in process was too slow. The bathroom was clean, but there were no slippers. I asked them to get one, but they didn't have any. Also, there was only one towel for two people. I requested a second towel, and it took 1.5 hours. It was an unpleasant visit for us. But the location is perfect for public transport options.

Abbiamo prenotato in grande velocità per poter assistere alla festa del Redentore di Venezia, non avevamo molte pretese, perché ci serviva soltanto per qualche ora la notte, pero' il letto era scomodossimo e troppo duro, l'albergo si trova, si vicino alla stazione e quindi comodo da raggiungere, ma l'ambiente notturno non è dei migliori, soprattutto se a prenotare sono giovani donne che tornano tardi la sera. Una nota positiva è il personale, molto gentile. La camera molto spaziosa e carina, il bagno pulito e una doccia molto comoda con soffione gigante e doccino.

Je ne recommande pas

Notre expérience a été extrêmement décevante, voire la pire que nous ayons jamais vécue. Les photos de l'hôtel étaient totalement trompeuses. Malgré nos nombreuses demandes précisant que ma femme est enceinte et que nous avions besoin d'une chambre sans escaliers, on nous a attribué une chambre au dernier étage, accessible uniquement par des escaliers à partir du 4ème étage et sans ascenseur. De plus, la climatisation défectueuse a transformé la chambre en un véritable sauna, rendant la chaleur insupportable. Le lendemain, nous avons contacté le responsable pour demander un changement de chambre, étant donné les difficultés considérables rencontrées par ma femme pour monter les escaliers à répétition. Malheureusement, il a catégoriquement refusé sans chercher la moindre solution de rechange. Lorsque nous avons évoqué la possibilité d'un remboursement pour les nuits restantes afin de trouver un autre hôtel, sa réponse a été un simple "non", sans aucune explication supplémentaire. Heureusement, nous avons immédiatement fait appel au service hotels.com, qui a rapidement pris les choses en main et est intervenu auprès du responsable de l'hôtel. Grâce à leur intervention, la situation s'est débloquée en moins de 10 minutes, et nous avons finalement obtenu une nouvelle chambre. Il est également essentiel de noter que l'emplacement de l'hôtel est dangereux, en particulier pour une femme seule, surtout la nuit. En résumé, je déconseille vivement cet hôtel.

Le petir dejeuner est totalement a revoir. L'isolation sonore n'est pas terrible . Le wifi pas top . Probleme de chauffage eau chaude et eau froide si non correct et bien située propreté parfait
