This is a wonderful hotel, romantic, centrally located, with a gracious and accommodating staff. The rooftop balcony with service is worth the stay alone. If you visit Venice, treat yourself and stay here.

Staff was EXCELLENT! They are very helpful. Max went above and beyond with giving us information upon our arrival. Location was perfect for our travels, walking distance to shopping and not a far walk at all to St. Mark’s square. Loved the room, it was a single full size bed, it was perfect for the both of us. Wife said the room was “super cute”!

The staff (Claudia & Riccardo) went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is conveniently located near San Marco Square and provides access to the exquisite laneways, restaurants, shops and trattoria’s that Venice has to offer. We could not recommend the hotel more highly and would certainly stay there again if we returned to Venice. Certainly a 5+out of 5.

Great Place to Stay for First Timers in Venice

The hotel is located really close to St. Mark Square. It’s next to high-end shopping and restaurants. Quick walk to water bus terminal. Breakfast was basic but the service was great. The staff is excellent and very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Hotel Firenze is tucked away in a quiet alleyway right in the centre of Venice where all the designer shops are. You can’t get a better location. The location isn’t just what makes this hotel a great choice though - it’s the incredible, personal service you get from the beautiful staff who work there. They go above and beyond to help and really made our stay in Venice wonderful. I love the authentic boutique style of the hotel - really helps to immerse yourself in the true Venice style. If this place is available, don’t hesitate, it’s a fantastic option at a good price point.
