Great location just a 15 minute walk from St Marks Square, Bridge of Sighs and the Rialto Bridge, we had a fantastic 5 day visit so we were able to visit everything we wanted to see. For breakfast there is a lovely continental breakfast buffet. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful, definitely recommend this hotel

Loved it

Our stay was amazing! The service was top-notch, and we were delighted to receive a newly renovated room. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet part of the Castle area, yet conveniently located just a one-minute walk from a supermarket and several excellent restaurants. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!

Marked this down as two for staff because the lady who serves breakfast is really angry and hostile. She made us feel very uncomfortable on both occasions we went for breakfast. Otherwise the rest of the staff are brilliant. Really friendly and helpful reception staff and housekeeping.

Everything was excellent, especially Mustafa, the person who is in charge of the customer service. He guided and supported us every single day. The breakfast and the person in charge was very kind and helpful, too. These people, along with the person who does the cleaning were phenomenal. Thanks Mustafa for everything you did for my family. Could not fault anything about the place. Immaculately clean, especially the en suite. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. They literally could not be kinder. Breakfast was excellent, even catered to our gluten free needs. Even after check out, held our bags for as long as we needed. We would highly recommend.

Great location away from the tourist mobs

Anna, Mustafa and the woman who prepares breakfast and cleans all the rooms are delightful and so helpful! There was a problem with the hot water but the location is terrific. It’s Venice so one must take a water taxi but it’s followed by a lovely walk through the park. Thanks, folks!

They give us all the way on 3 floor there is no elevator to bring your luggage to 3 floor. When I ask the someone to help us to bring the luggage down stair they don’t have any help to bring it down. I request for 1 floor they say no don’t have other rooms. And I see the lots of room was empty.

I contacted the hotel the night before arriving for transportation from airport and Mustafa at the front desk was great to give us directions :) We had an issue with the lock and the key broke One guy at the front desk was annoyed by it however someone else assisted with replacing key the fallowing morning Not ideal room next to dining area where breakfast is served every morning and you can hear everything The bathroom had drainage odor and we cover drains with towels to keep smell from coming out not successfully :(

Rooms are somewhat small but very clean and very attractive. Hotel was somewhat difficult to find at first but is near markets, gardens and quality restaurants. The staff was always courteous and helpful - a night clerk named Mustafa helped us immensely with early morning transportation - we remain very grateful for his assistance.

First night they gave me a terrible room I couldn’t sleep on that night because of bed , they put one of the bed on uneven floor( two bed base was on step )and there wasn’t any space to move it Room was for 4 people air condition wasn't be able to cool enough, when I reserved the room photos of the-room was different, I complain at reception and I asked for change the room but he told me we don’t have any other room till tomorrow

I've stayed in Venice quite a few times and this is definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The area is lovely where visitors mix with locals and enjoy very good food. The hotel has been refurbished and the rooms are comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is excellent, considering it's size, and the ladies who look after it are welcoming. Best of all about this hotel is the staff. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful especially all the reception staff. Mustafa was a breath of fresh air and extremely helpful with our planning to visit the islands. I'd wholehearted recommend this hotel and when I return I will stay there again.
