This place was wonderful! Close to the train and bus stations, extremely friendly staff, breakfast included (which is not common for Italy), pretty decor, and well maintained. It’s in a quieter area of Venice which we enjoyed, but it’s so walkable and close to all the major sites! Will definitely stay there again!!

This property was close to the train station and water taxi station yet was tucked back off the canal in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to walk to uncrowded restaurants making you feel like a local. We had the junior suite and it was the most spacious room we’ve had in Europe. Fun, funky colors and a helpful staff. The bed was a little firm for my liking but after a day of walking around offered a good rest once we got used to it.

The hotel is a short walk from the bus and train stations. It has been well decorated and furnished retaining some nice features. The lighting in the bedroom could have been better, there was no facility for bright lighting for viewing maps of the city.

Nice hotel but away from the main centre

The location of the hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood, which has its positives but also a bit far from the main area of Venice. The staff of the hotel were very helpful, especially when my arrival was delayed and they gave me clear directions on how to reach at night. I booked a single room but didn't expect it to be so small - just broad enough for a single bed and with a small toilet. Breakfast was excellemt
