Suite was big and very clean. Great breakfast. Wi-fi was almost non existent though. Very annoying. Definitely recommend the hotel, it was steps from the Trevi Fountain!

Lovely hotel. We were given a very large elegant clean and comfortable room looking over the canal. All the staff were lovely and we thought it was excellent value. Very good position- near station and a lovely short walk to San Marco.

The place is very close to the station, making traveling easier because dragging luggages around through Venice’s stair bridges is no joke. The complimentary breakfast was good for the price and the staff was friendly. The room is a little old and doesn’t have AC though but other than that it was a good place.

My wife and I were on our honeymoon and after a week split between Roma e Firenze, our stay here was the best and most luxurious yet. Close to the main train station but just steps away from the heart of Venezia. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was sumptuous and satisfying.

Love this place, the interior looks very luxurious. Super convenient coz its by the train station, shops, canal etc. Staff are amazing, gorgeous breakfast area, coffee made by their barista! Only thing is, do not open the window in your room coz mosquitoes could come in and you’ll end up with bites, now that goes for every hotel coz its surrounded by water obviously but other than that we had a lovely stay, we walked 20 mins to St Mark’s Basilica and hit every shop! I highly recommend!

Staff members were super friendly and attentive to our needs. The room was lovely and comfortable and breakfast was plentiful. We appreciated the gluten-free options though it would be nice to have fresh options like gluten-free pancakes or GF muffins rather than pre-packaged items. Everyone would eat fresh gluten-free options, not just Celiacs.

Great Stay!

Great stay! Reasonable price for the staying in the island with complementary breakfast. Climbing over the bridge with a big luggage from the train station was challenging, but I was glad it’s only one bridge I needed to cross to get to the hotel.

Beautiful hotel but uncomfortably warm.

Great location, outstanding breakfast, charming hotel. But the AC was not enabled in April and the room temp was well over 80 F. It made it hard to sleep, even with the windows open.
