5 stars from us fantastic location and able to walk everywhere. Hotel staff couldn't have been any more helpful and made the stay an absolute pleasure. We stayed in the Junior suite and it was lovely and over a split level. Room was clean and maintained well. My only 2 points would be and these don't take away from the experience but just little things, not a fan of having to step in a bath for a shower, knees getting older and would prefer a shower unit and secondly there is switches everywhere, they all did something but lots of random flicking. That being said it was great location, great hotel and most importantly amazing staff.

Beautiful hotel with a delicious breakfast. However, wish we had known that the restaurant and rooftop bar were closed on Mondays (the day of our stay) before booking.

The hotel staff was excellent and catered to every need we had. Location was in a queit area and was walkable to many great restaurants and tourist locations. Vaperreto access is very convenient being a short distance from the property. Great stay, very clean, and the staff was extraordinary.
