The location is absolutely perfect -walk a short block to the canals lined with gondolas and restaurants and incredible views. It’s right in the heart of the transport center too. The staff is very helpful and the stay couldn’t have been better.

The room was modern and also very quiet. It was close to the front area of Venice. The cab dropped us off right in front and the day we left we walked to the bus station. 10 minute walk. Water coolers by the elevators to fill your bottles. 100% best hotel in Venice

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Venice on vacation. It was a little further from a lot of the touristy hot spots but the walk is manageable and you were out of the hustle and bustle. There were many other options of transportation if walking is not preferred. The hotel was nice and quiet and the staff were all very nice and helpful. Super close to the train station so that is a big benefit. Would definitely stay here again.

After an overnight flight from MA we werw able to check in extremely early (10am instead of 3 PM Front desk staff was excellent helpful and empathetic!! The hotel is very clean, located very close to bus (2 minute walk and train 8 minute walk) This is a very “Americanized “hotel, very clean with fabulous staff and VERY comfortable beds.

Very nice property. Great location and convenience for transferring from train and connecting to cruise. Nice modern rooms. Front desk staff could have been a little more friendly. In asking some questions of them it almost seems as if we were bothering them. Nonetheless, I would stay there again.

We unfortunately couldn’t stay the night but the hotel was lovely. I don’t recommend driving to Venice if you can help it. Better to take a train or bus in. But staying at this hotel was very convenient and safe

Overall outstanding AC property, conveniently close to the Santa Lucia train station. Well designed, good size rooms, great shower, wonderful staff (especially Cosimo) and excellent $20 Euro buffet. For those not wanted to take a water taxi, if you have heavy luggage, it’s definitely a work out getting up the steps to cross the bridge. I would not recommend this for those not physically fit. About 10mins walk or so with heavy luggage. Otherwise, the street of Venice are right there to explore. Dinner at Osteria del Lovo is fantastic, about a 30min walk.
