I had a very difficult time getting into the hotel itself, the only way in was to call a number posted on the front door and my phone didn't allow me to make an international call. "The air conditioning was alright, but rather limited. The beds are rather uncomfortable and the pillows are far too flat, but it sufficed for a few nights. Don't expect comfort if you come here, just convenience (located well, just 5 minutes from Piazza San Marco and the vapretto stations)"
