"Great location with short walks to all the great restaurants, shopping, Piazza San Marco, Saint Mark’s Basilica, Doge’s Palace, & the docks. But also with just the right amount of distance that we weren’t bothered by excess noise from all the people wandering the alleys. Staff was wonderful. Allow them to arrange your water taxi rides to/from the airport or train station so you are dropped off or picked up right from their lobby (fair pricing too!). Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is an odd odor that makes everything feel musty & the stairs leading to our floor that were quite the trip hazard. Rooms are opulent & comfortable overall. "

"Excellent location- right next to St Marks Square, so a perfect base to explore on foot. Very polite and helpful staff with 24 hour concierge. Rooms were clean and newly renovated. Fresh towels, coffee pods & water provided daily which was great. Breakfast was good too. All in all, great value for money! "

"Great room in a central part of time. Only minutes from Saint Mark square and other tourist spots. City turned electricity off one day that we were there and staff did all they could do to minimize the impact. Would definitely stay there again."
