"The room had the worst smell. I don’t know if it was old cigarette smoke. Me and my son had a headache within five minutes. I didn’t sleep at all that night. I left very early the next morning and just lost my money on the room for the next night. But there was no way I could tolerate that smell again."

"Amenities close to early. Spa at 5? Hot tub at 10. I booked my wife a facial and massage from 11-2 on the day we were checking out. I called and asked for a late checkout to accommodate her spa schedule. The front desk told me they had people checking in that afternoon and could not help. Well, the hotel was almost empty and there’s no way they had 100% occupancy. Regardless, what a bd answer. I was willing to pay for an extra hour or 2 but the clerk apparently just didn’t want to help even though a just paid $500 for a spa treatment. I’ll go somewhere else next time"
