IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers a villa located in the southern ArdĂšche region, near the town center of Vallon Pont d'Arc, just a 10-minute walk away and less than a 15-minute drive from Ruoms. We invite you to discover this beautifully appointed, air-conditioned villa that can accommodate six people.
You can enjoy a private swimming pool (7x3) with a pleasant deck, covered terrace, and a fenced garden of approximately 1,400 mÂČ with a pĂ©tanque court.
The house consists of a large living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area.
You will find a first bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds, a bathroom with a toilet, and a separate toilet.
TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and electric plancha grill are included.

Maison trÚs bien située à 10mn du centre mais au calme. Simple, mais spacieux et confortable.

Vacances au chaud, heureusement il y avait la piscine. Beaucoup de monde au bord et sur l'eau, donc randonnées tranquilles.
