That said, the photos were somewhat idealized and should be updated, and the house rules and the welcome letter were contradictory. Both of these things are easily corrected, and the hosts accommodated us in everything we asked for. In short, a serviceable place to stay, but a little thin on the lux niceties which make for a great rental property. "

"We had a fantastic two-week stay in Valley Village at Ree's property. The house is in immaculate condition and the pool was a luxurious feature after so many hot work days. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, walkable to North Hollywood and Studio City. Our pup had a wonderful stay as well. Ree was beyond officiant and responded within minutes with any questions. One of the best hosts we've encountered. Would love to stay again!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house doesn't feel like rental property. More like someone's home. Seems freshly remodeled, it was sparkling clean in and out. Has everything you might need and more. Big enough for 2 families with 4 kids. Upstairs playroom is a cherry on top....
