The bed was too uncomfortable and the A/C was too warm. Otherwise, the service and the front desk was very accommodating!

Comfortable beds in a great location
I drove from Sevilla, Spain and arrived at night. It took a few minutes to find the hotel after parking on the street. The man at checkin was not the friendliest when I wanted to use the bathroom after a 5 hour drive, before giving him my ID. All other staff was very nice. The hotel was very clean and the bed very comfortable especially the pillows. The hotel offers a very small discount on parking in a nearby garage but it gets expensive quickly, almost $20/day in an area where you can’t find parking on the street and have to move it every 2 hours if you do. The maid came and knocked everyday even though I had my do not disturb sign as I was working, she was trying to be nice but this was quite annoying. DND signs should be respected. She also slammed doors repeatedly during the cleaning hours to get to her supplies maybe but there has to be a better way. The location of the hotel is wonderful. In an area with lots of bars and restaurants and all the landmarks. The lady that works the front desk is very pleasant and helpful even after I checked out she made me a coffee. I would stay here again if they take care of the noise problem. I would advice anyone to drop there bags off in front of the hotel and then go park. The bar is currently closed for slow season, the Gold Rewards offer was 2 drinks per stay but because the bar was closed they come from you minibar. Nice lobby.

Excellent, friendly staff, very comfortable and clean. All covid rules in place. Central to a very vibrant city. Be aware that the hotel's entrance is reached from what looks like a pedestrian only road. Shown where to park at reception on arrival. Would definitely stay again

Good location and comfortable
The hotel was new and located in the very good place for tourism, next to cathedral. The staff was very kind in reception and restaurant in morning buffet. My room was located in the first floor of interior, the view was parking and was not fancy, and the bath didn’t have bath tub, but nothing is perfect.

Great city centre Hotel.
This is a lovely boutique hotel in great condition. The service was excellent and reception helpful. The hotel is very close to the cathedral in the centre of town. Good WiFi. Some parking or secure nearby parking at a discounted rate. Thoroughly recommend.

Super-stay - more than ok!
Fantastic service and the staff speak very good English which helped me. The location is great as there’s lots told restaurants and bars close by. Excellent value and would definitely stay again.

Good boutique hotel.
Very pleasant and helpful staff, spoke good English, hotel great for an overnight stopover en route south. Not wanting to sound at all negative but access along a pedestrianised street a little of a concern and small parking garage around the back with car lift access and not cheap at 16.50 euro but it is the very center of town so what can you expect. Quiet and restful sleep, good sleep and good bed linen so at the end of the day it's all good really. Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment.

Beautiful & Modern hotel. Small & quite. Friendly, competent and helpful staff. Room is stylish, new, very clean, spacious and has comfy bedding. Free Wifi (not great reception in my room however) and a desk allow you to use the room for study/business. I was more than happy with my reservation here.

Fine hotel with good location
The hotel is well located, very close to the cathedral and within walking distance from other sites. Lots of places to eat nearby. Breakfast was OK, even if unexceptional. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was a bit small, but adequate for one person.

GOOD AND FRIENDLY RECEPTION DESK. ACCEPTABLE BREAKFAST BUFFET. RIGHT AROUND THE CATHEDRAL. OTHER ATTRACTIONS BETWEEN 7 AND 20 BLOCKS AWAY. ROOM WAS CLEAN ALBEIT SMALLER THAN EXPECTED.

Next to the Cathedral
Excellent hotel although with only one person on reception whilst checking in, I was kept waiting numerous times whilst she answered telephone calls. Parking was expensive

El hotel está bien situado, en el centro de la ciudad. Esa es la ventaja principal. Respecto a la calidad de la habitación en la que nos han alojado: En la planta baja, fría y humeda, poco confortable, con una vista al parking y unas almohadas realmente duras. Solicitamos calefacción en recepción puesto que teníamos mucho frió, y nos facilitaron una estufa pequeña lo que es de agradecer, pero que la primera respuesta sea, que no ponen calefacción, nos dejo heladas.

Estimado Francisco Javier,Gracias por su reseña que nos ayuda a mejorar. Probablemente la persona del departamento de recepción no se expresó bien, pero estamos a 13 de Mayo y con una temperatura que supera los 20-22 grados. Creemos que por una cuestión de eficiencia energética nos es procedente tener activo a la vez el aire acondicionado frio y el caliente. No obstante, y para los clientes que por alguna circunstancia tienen frio, les dejamos puntualmente un aparato eléctrico. Creemos que es mucho mas eficiente dejar un aparato eléctrico que activar la calefacción de todo el edificio, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que hay habitaciones cuyos cristales alcanzan los 40 grados debido a su orientación.Confío que mi explicación le resulte convincente, pero consideramos inapropiado e ineficiente a mitad de mayo mantener combinar aire acondicionado frio y calefacción. E insisto que le dimos una solución eficaz dejándole una aparato eléctrico de aceite que le subió la temperatura solo a su habitación y no a todo el edificio.Atentamente reciba un saludo.
