"Air con only goes as low as 19 degrees, and turns off during the night multiple times. Spoke to staff about it and nothing was done. Pool was very busy, no where near enough sun loungers. Pool side was very dirty, cigarette butts everywhere. People drinking in the pool, very loud, not relaxing."
