Apartment 'casAcamer Sur' with Sea Views, Private Terrace, and Shared Garden
CasAcamer is a family house built in 1960 and restored by one of its descendants. It is located in the northern part of Sagunto and offers beautiful direct views of the Mediterranean Sea. The house is divided into three sections: ground floor, first floor north, and first floor south, each approximately 50 m². These sections were built in 1964, at the beginning of the tourist development on the coast. Each section can function independently, as it has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Additional amenities include television, fan, washing machine, dryer, and towels for the beach or pool. The accommodation also offers Wi-Fi and air conditioning. In addition, you have a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and balcony. Please note that the balcony, laundry area, and the solarium on the second floor are shared spaces.
