"I can't fault the room, it was great to have a balcony and the bed was comfy. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking and I was very pleased to see a pod espresso maker, with pods provided. The rainfall shower was amazing too, and I loved the shower gel and slippers. The Hotel is well located for walking routes and public transport and there were nice cafes and bars in walking distance. The staff were really friendly and they provided luggage storage after checkout on our last day, at no extra cost, which was great as we had a late flight home. "

"My experience was on 5/6/2026 I have no complaints about the facility itself. The hotel is excellent, very nicer and conveniently located near the airport. The property itself was great. However, the service was horrible. I made a reservation for this hotel but when I arrived they sent me to another hotel from the same company located about 15 miles away. I had to take a cab and pay for the transfer myself. They did not even offer transportation assistance. They claimed that I had booked the wrong hotel, which is not true. I booked the hotel through Orbitz and the reservation process was very clear. Again, the hotel itself was excellent, and I have nothing against the hotel company as a whole. This was mainly a customer service and communication issue. The effort to accommodate me was close to none. I hope this review helps future guests."
