Fabulous location just steps from Golden Peak chairs. Very friendly, efficient, capable staff. Safe, clean, very well appointed condo with lovely view. Secure undercover parking. Very nice pool and hot tub. Bus stop just across the road.

This was a two bedroom flat with fireplace and kitchen. Lovely views, spacious, clean. Medium size pots were missing but otherwise the kitchen was good. King size bed was comfortable but the room had a tendency to be too hot (even with everything turned off). The bathroom off the king size room was huge, with an open plan bathroom and spa bath. The second bedroom had a queen bed. Would have been good if it was a set of twin beds. Good size room (but much smaller than the master bedroom) and...

An amazing hotel, that is meters from the Eagles Gondola with a Ski Valet that is faultless! Rooms are large, service is genuine and everything was better than expected. Only issue we had was that there was not proper Coffee served due to there machine not working for the week. Only a minor issue!!!!

The hotel and room were fantastic. There is a great pool and hot tub on the ground level and on Level 7 is a fantastic fitness centre with premium equipment plus two more hot tubs, one undercover and the other one outside, all of which have great views towards the mountains. The ski bus stop is just outside the hotel and the huge city supermarket and shops/dining etc are all within an easy ten minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for work for 3 days. Initial impression of the hotel, when dropped off outside, was it was old and that I'd made a bad choice. However, my mind was immediately changed the moment I arrived and was greeted by staff. The hotel was warm, clean, and had everything one would need. Wifi in my room was pretty patchy - first world problems and I wasn't in Vail to sit on my computer in my room so it was a nuisance rather than an inconvenience. I need to make a special mention of Jennifer...

Loved our stay - we had a villa with full kitchen and laundry. Staff were so friendly. Loved the hot pools and afternoon cookie and hot chocolate
