"The Ritz is a great property and the location could not be better. The unit is nice and well appointed. However, it is advertised as having a washer dryer. If there is one it was in a locked closet. we intentionally underpacked assuming we would do a load or two while there. the other issue is the unit is directly below the club level lounge. we heard what sounded like stools dragging across the floor above beginning at 6:00 am. If you are an early riser no problem but i feel it should be stated...

"We are owners in this resort and rented this unit because we needed one more. As I've stated in another survey to the resort, this unit should have more drawer space for skiers' clothing as we pack quite a bit. Also, hooks in the bathroom on the available wall space for wet towels is desperately needed. Otherwise, the resort is very well maintained and the staff is always extremely helpful. We do love it there! It is situated so that restaurants, super market and other shops are within an easy...

Poste Montane Lodge

Poste Montane Lodge

8/10 Good
"We were arriving about 6:30 pm. Received an email that the front desk was only open until 6 but they would leave our room key and instructions in an envelope in a lock box. When we arrived, the lock box was open and nothing was in it. There was a number to call for after hours help, so I called it. The answering service took my number and said that someone would call me back ASAP. (I also emailed through their website and left voicemails on numerous mailboxes.) Finally, at 7:45, I got a response from one of the emails that I had sent saying that they were open but didn't have my phone number and that they were open until 8, but upstairs instead of in the lobby."
