Arrived late evening after our condo rental fell through due to wrong building code and terrible customer service. Staff was incredibly kind and understanding of our situation and worked to find us a room with the amenities we were looking for. Stayed several nights and enjoyed the pool area, gym, and many good restaurants in the area.

Our stay at Sheraton was like at home. The view was breathtaking and the resort provided with all the needed amenities. Staff was friendly, courteous and willing to help all the time. We will definitely revisit the hotel and the area.

I found the property a little run down. Room looked a bit old. Some sheets were torn. The room was on the smaller size.

Please was nice. Didn’t realize a 2 bedroom condo was just two separate condos with a door open between them. But it worked and the steak and hot tub situation was great!

Great location. Convenient and practical room layouts with a full kitchen. Ski shop in the property is a big plus. What could improve: the rooms and furniture could use some updating, they are tired. Our room also smelled of smoke and something else that we couldn't tell if it came from the hot tub or the fireplace. Water could also be complimentary in the rooms. Other than that, we would likely stay here again.
