"Property looks new and modern. Staff are helpful. The restaurant on site is really nice with excellent service and high quality menu and delicious food. The only complaint is with the cleaning crew. They didn’t clean the room very well. Still have dirty marks on tables and nightstand. The bed was poorly made and sloppy. Not at all hotel standards. There is no turn down service as expected of a 5 star hotel. I guess they are just short staffed. "

"It was pretty convenient to the airport. We met friends that came in from Sweden for the few hours we had before catching our connecting flight. We were able to walk to a really great restaurant. Everyone at the property seemed friendly. The location was a little generic, maybe? I was hoping it had some of the older historic buildings of Copenhagen closer. "

"Great location. Very easy check in, even when we arrived really late. Friendly helpful staff. We upgraded to a terrace room but the room was still so small we could only get in and out of bed from the end. The terrace had a nice view but the area was half coveted in foliage and had dozens on flying insects which invaded the room. Saying all that we still enjoyed our stay. "

"We are a group if Singaporean tourists. I highly recommend Hotel Mayfair. It's safe though there is a nude bar just opposite but that's the least of your worries. It's very walkable to train station. Staff were all friendly as with all Danish people. Breakfast was good and of good variety. There were a few Asian restaurants nearby. So yeah, please come stay with Hotel Mayfair if you are planning to come Copenhagen. Thank you Hotel Mayfair!"

"This is an airport hotel--the rooms are extremely small, but they are also all you need. They are comfortable, and the shower has hot water. Easy to get to and from the airport. It's also well-run and clean. I had to catch my flight before the included-breakfast was available, so they kindly sent me off with a welcome go-cup of coffee. If I have another early flight in the future, I would stay here again. "
