"Room was very pleasant and cozy, basic but clean with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed. Staff were helpful but unobtrusive. Everything is well organized and efficient. And the price is most reasonable by Copenhagen standards. I read some bad reviews before coming, which worried me but my advice is to ignore them. I was there for 9 nights and was relaxed, comfortable and content."

"Apparently we were upgraded. So instead of a double bed that I booked we were given a twin room with beds pushed together. The room was small even though we were told it was bigger than the room booked. This I didn’t believe but as it included access to the 12th floor lounge we decided not to query it and go with the flow instead. A bottle of Cava was given to us on arrival too which was nice as it was our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay. "

"Fantastic location for walking. Straight out the back of hotel to the canal -- through the outdoor bar. Best location. Travelocity's room we reserved, though, was in a less desirable location -- no view in back of hotel. But the location of the hotel and convenience -- and general chic-ness made up for it."
