We enjoyed our stay very much, the location is perfect with the train and metro at your door step. The beds are comfortable, the only thing we were missing was maybe a small hotel fridge in the room. I definitely recommend this hotel in beautiful Copenhagen.

Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our 5 day stay, except for the person who was working at the front desk during the early morning of July 4, 2026. That person seems he didn’t want to be there at all. Room was good and clean. Area was very convenient, especially with the train station right across the street. Tourist attractions within walking distance. I would recommend this place.

Decent room, all necessary amenities and the room was clean. Fairly basic but a good base for the trip. Very convenient location for metro, trains and walking to nearby attractions. Description for the room we had did say it was next to the train lines so we expected some noise, however it was very loud and did get annoying when trains were constantly going past, especially with the window open due to the heat as there was no air con.

Property located close to several tourist spots walking distance. We walked everywhere! It IS right along the rails so if you don’t mind the train noise it’s a perfect spot! They offer ear plugs in the rooms but it didn’t really bother us. The even numbered rooms are on the train side and the odd numbered rooms are not. They offer buffet breakfast for a fee, and the selection was good. They offer bicycles (not sure if it’s a rent thing or offered free by staying there) but a great way to get around since 63% of Copenhagen residences get around by bicycle!

The hotel was in a great location. Really can't say anything bad about the hotel it was really a good room but a little small. Please note that the that there was no elevator, so you had to lug the luggage up and down the stairs. One thing to note was the front desk staff they were not really all that helpful, I just dumbfounded by the fact that staff did not think that they are in the service industry. Would stay there again. Location is perfect.

The hotel is in a good location to get around Copenhagen and was a half decent price, but the rooms are a little dark and when we arrived our body wash and shampoo were basically empty and they made us replace them in the bathroom in the complicated holder ourselves rather than do it for us, there were lightbulbs flickering in the hallway for our entire stay so they’re not quick to fix things, but other than that it was an ok enough stay.

Very nice hotel, modern, with nice staff. Only drawback could be the noise from trains passing by. This did not bother me, but I can see this can bother other people. In that case I would suggest booking on the side that does not face the station, there are no noise issues on that side.
