"For the money, this place is more than adequate for the capsule experience. It's no-frills for sure. No shoes allowed. You put your shoes in a locker, turn the key in for a locker key, which has your robe and a towel. The capsules are a bit warm, bt the common areas are pretty good temp. Bathrooms were clean when I was there. They have Crocs at the door if you're afraid to touch the bathroom floor."

In the place itself you go over a sort of, I think it is a swimming centre floor, not sure, but after reception you have to take your shoes off and wear slippers they provide to walk over the floor. What I started out with was just a basic sleep capsule, an enclosed bed. There is a small TV on the wall and an electrical point. For my second day I was given a free upgrade...

"The beds are uncomfortable, you have to check out everyday, there are no private showers only the public bath, the toilets are disgusting, the staff don't speak English and its in the middle of nowhere (and hour train ride into Tokyo)!"
