"When I made the reservation, I noted that we wouldn’t be checking in til early in the morning. I even called the hotel to let them know. The hotel did not note our reservation and marked us as a no show so our reservation wasn’t there when we got to the hotel. The hotel manager worked with us to get us a new reservation and even let us in the room early so we could get some rest. The manager went above and beyond to help us. "We had a wonderful stay at Pat & Mary's lake home, such a peaceful & relaxing place! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and the home was very clean and had everything (and more) that we needed to fix meals at home. The dock was amazing, we had a great time floating in the lake and relaxing and enjoying the tranquility from the upper level of the dock.
