"We arrived on a Saturday early in the day. There were problems with the hot water all through the weekend. We were nicely taken care of on Monday as they moved us to another building. Having said that, we think they need to have a more immediate response to addressing the issue at hand for the comfort and experience of their customers."

"The Jamaican rooms are located in the smaller hotel. This area is under construction caution tape and workers patching up. Scaffolding pieces. My room needed to be swept and mopped used my personal wipes to clean up the floor. The kitchenette area had a big brown bug crawling around. The sink started dripping. Something bit me. I won’t stay at the smaller location but maybe the bigger tower. "
