"Good hotel in a primo location right in Whistler village. Pros: location proximity clean room comfy bed free amenities like Apple TV great staff Cons: carpet and furniture in suites are in serious need of updating couch could use a pillow or two and a throw"

"Lovely hotel, good location. Balem restaurant above the lobby was delicious. Only gripe was we had confirmed late checkout when we arrived, but the staff called us in the morning to ask why we hadn’t checked out yet. Otherwise had a great stay."
