The hotel has a wonderful location, clean and comfortable room, great staff. Accessible to Subway stations, Times Square and Broadway theaters.

Clean, handy location,

The staff was very responsive when I asked for towels, or called with a maintenance issue etc. The negatives is that the shower was difficult to receive hot water initially. Maintenance resolved the isssue. Another factor was the telephones in the room were out of service due to local construction. We had to step out in the hall to make calls downstairs. Overall it was a good experience. Absolutely no amenities. No pool, no hot tub, nothing. That was a huge disappointment.
