"It was a lovely beautiful hotel.very comfy beds and Pillows .water could be warmer for the shower ,because it was in the centre of town and I am a tourist in Krakow I found it difficult using tram to get there but the tram or bus stops at the hotel ,if anyone using tram it’s number 5 and bus 125 gets you to the hotel from krakow glowny,can’t really comment on breakfast as did not eat there but had drinks there and the staff and receptionist are very helpful ,they even booked me a taxi very early morning .overall lovely hotel and stay."

"Grrat location just south of the river within easy walking distance to some major, historical areas. All memebers of staff were very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, wifi was great throughout the hotel and the restaurant was spacious with good food."

"This hotel is in walking distance to old town and is on the edge (I think) of the historic Jewish Quarter. So much history to see as we walked every day (5) we didn’t have a tour. Husband got his fill of ancestor history and I got my fill of drooling over polish pottery. The cleaners were quiet and efficient the restaurant was absolutely delicious for dinner. "
