"Room was lovely and clean, but unfortunately our stay was ruined by our neighbours hosting an after party until 5am that kept us awake all night - this event was made more difficult to deal with due to the property having no reception so we couldn’t speak to anyone to sort the issue."

"The whole experience from checking in to checking in out was amazing. This trip was booked last minute. Had no time to plan. The staff were fantastic. Breakfast 10/10 everywhere walkable. The room amenities was amazing. Tea, coffee, molton brown toiletries. Huge comfortable bed. Spotless. Would definitely stay again. 5*"

"Clean hotel not too far from the city centre. Staff was helpful but some were not the most friendly. Thankfully the staff on the next day in the morning was amazing and so friendly and helpful. Rooms are ok size but functional. "

"Excellent hotel, great location. We liked the 10/15 minute walk to the old town. The hotel is great, staff are amazing. Rooms are a little small but certainly not uncomfortable. The decor is great, I was worried it would be a bit much but it was perfect. Check in and out quick and easy and luggage storage was useful and secure. Light in the sauna didn’t work, tv kept turning itself off after a few minutes (not there for tv but..), no soap in the public toilet, no extraction in the bathroom. But that is as much as I can fault so it’s small. Breakfast was very good, quality and fresh and really have to say again that the staff were really nice and helpful "
