Comfortable bed Quiet room Excellent location Friendly staff

Central for attractions I needed to see. Room was great size with a kitchenette. Staff were prompt when air con wasn’t working properly. Also appreciated window that opened.

I arrived in NYC earlier than planned, so booked the Marriott for 2 nights before planning to transfer to my other hotel. I was so happy with the hotel and location, I cancelled my reservation at a more expensive hotel that I had originally booked for my trip. The location is great for food options and the subway, rooms are clean and have everything you need and the bathroom is great with ample vanity space for toiletries and make-up which is becoming rare. Surrounding area is very safe, and the...

Fab hotel! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything. Clean, modern, and well set up. The rooms are on the smaller side, but that’s totally expected in NYC, and you’re hardly in them anyway so it really wasn’t an issue. Staff were lovely, housekeeping was excellent and done daily. Would absolutely recommend and would happily stay again. Fab!

, so polite and thoughtful. The staff are this hotel’s best asset by far! Made us feel so welcome and looked after. Always friendly and helpful. Great lovation, very clean

Good

Excellent location, so close to grand central and walkable to lots of attractions. The first room I was in was very noisy because of either the main street or ventilation, but the staff was so helpful and changed the room for me. Room is not so spacious but way more enough for a solo traveller. Clean and comfortable. They also have free walking tours available which is good. I’ll stay in pod 39 again if I come back :)

Overall very good experience. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.

good place right near the wall st bull

The staff are lovely and very helpful. The hotel is in easy walking distance to Times Square and the subway. New York is frighteningly expensive and StayPineapple is very good value for money. Highly recommend.

Great location and facilities.

We had an amazing time in NYC. The hotel was amazing, has that vintage style but the rooms inside are renovated. Staff were amazing as well very helpful, always there to greet us with beautiful smiles. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a really well located hotel in SoHo and offers fantastic amenities, such as a well stocked little shop for coffee & snacks downstairs, a gorgeous roof-top bar & light-filled rooms. It is very clean and the staff are super friendly & helpful. Check-in & out was a breeze and communication re the booking was excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel.
