"A pesar de estar en el piso 19, las ventanas no paraban los ruidos externos. El Aire Acondicionado tambien hacia mucho ruido. Los ascensores no andaban bien. El desayuno ademas de ser pobre y aburrido, el personal del desayuno era poco colaborativo, poco atento. El personal de recepcion excelente."

"While the overall experience was excellent. The restaurant logistics could be much improved. We had to wait in line to order breakfast which was ok but then if you forgot something (like lemon for a tea) I had to get back in line. We had to bus our own tables. I normally wouldn’t mind but if I am spending 20 dollars on scrambled eggs I think it could warrant bus staff cleaning tables. We also ate dinner one night and while that did have a waiter the poor guy was on by himself due to a call out and was running rampant trying to wait on everyone. He was great however. The food was vey good but the breakfast in particular needs to be changed. My advice would be to move to a buffet."

"Upon arrival, I discovered that the air conditioning in my room was not working. After contacting the staff, I was informed that the air conditioning had been intentionally turned off and could not be enabled for individual rooms, as it is centrally controlled for the entire hotel. I find this extremely disappointing, particularly because this critical limitation was not disclosed at the time of booking. Despite being advised to open the windows and later being provided with a fan, the room remained unbearably hot and uncomfortable. These measures were clearly inadequate and fell far below what is expected from a premium room. It is unacceptable that such a basic amenity was knowingly unavailable without prior notice."
