"My family and I vacation to Orlando every summer as one unit and we always looks for a home that is big enough to accommodate our family of 30 people. This summer we stayed at this big well decorated house.The house is as pictured and for the most part clean, however, it can be cleaner. Not sure if there were people there right before us because we did find quite a few clothing items and other things left behind. The company needs to do a better job checking on their cleaning service. The game room would be top notch is the split ac would actually cool the garage down, but imagine being in an enclosed garage in July in Florida... it was unbearable. They sent out someone to check it, but I guess it wasn't fixable.Aside from that, they responded quickly and efficiently to any questions and/or complaints I had. Overall they upkeep the property well. This has been one of the better houses we've stayed in since we've been vacationing together (11 years).We would definitely book again. Just really wish the property provide some type of grill."

"Very clean and comfortable, pool area fantastic, trash daily pick up a great thing, only minor comment is that a game room should have more than a pool table and 2 cue sticks and a phone number for calling hosta and property manager should be posted somewhere in the property, would definitely stay at this site again."

"We book this property and the one next door. The house was beautiful, but unfortunately to start off the trip I had people waiting outside of the house for almost 30 minutes because the welcome message with the code to the house was not sent to me. after we were in the house, they were just a few general things that we had to go back-and-forth from each house and move such as dishes and knives because there weren’t enough in one house. we could not get either theater room to work in either house even with following the directions left there at the house but honestly the biggest issue I had with the whole trip was the house was set for the AC not to be lower than 74 and someone’s normal house I think that would be fine but not in a vacation house with 25 people in the middle of summer. they did make me aware that windows and doors need to be closed in order for the AC to stay on but even at night with that many people in one house in Florida. It was still hot and in my room the fan would not work, and I did make the host aware of it, but was never sent any kind of fan or the maintenance people ever came out to take a look at it so I basically had to sweat for the next three nights of sleep. Of course there’s always good in bed to places. The house was beautiful bedrooms were clean. The pools were nice. The resort was amazing and very nice things to do around the area but unfortunately, I don’t think I would rent here again."
