"The parking was NOT as specified via text to us as well as the host in room instructions. Had to park in overflow parking because parking went to in home management before guest. Pillows super flat. Carpets stained. Felt as an inconvenience. Kids living in home running around in underwear and was uncomfortable. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Older bedding sheets and comforter. "

"My family and I vacation to Orlando every summer as one unit and we always looks for a home that is big enough to accommodate our family of 30 people. This summer we stayed at this big well decorated house.The house is as pictured and for the most part clean, however, it can be cleaner. Not sure if there were people there right before us because we did find quite a few clothing items and other things left behind. The company needs to do a better job checking on their cleaning service. The game room would be top notch is the split ac would actually cool the garage down, but imagine being in an enclosed garage in July in Florida... it was unbearable. They sent out someone to check it, but I guess it wasn't fixable.Aside from that, they responded quickly and efficiently to any questions and/or complaints I had. Overall they upkeep the property well. This has been one of the better houses we've stayed in since we've been vacationing together (11 years).We would definitely book again. Just really wish the property provide some type of grill."

"I'm not sure I talk to the owner or manager but he amazing quick response, the house was great the only complaint is the master bedroom I stay in kinda hot not sure why but I just open the door and the cold air will come in to the room so it's all good. So I hope the owner ask someone to check on that. The house is spacious and clean especially it have 4 master bedroom with it own bathroom that really really great for a family vacation rental home , so we don't have to wait for other to take a shower or go to the bathroom since we have 13 people in the house. Will stay again if it available to rent when we back to Florida"

"This home is absolutely beautiful and spacious! We had a group of 28 family members of various ages SMS everyone had a great time with plenty of space and things to do to spread out. The decor was eye catching and modern and the karaoke room was the star of the stay. Small impacts like the ice maker not producing ice well, one of the 3 dryers not working that well, and an open pool scene caught small irrigation but were all able to be worked around and did not stop our admiration of this home. Check in time could be better but overall, ZERO complaints! We will be back again! "
