"The property was large and very clean, the pool and waterpark was very entertaining for all of us. Our house was amazing, good distance from waterpark (5-10 walk depending on the pace). The breakfast was decent, could use some variety throughout the week. All of us really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!"

"Zero complaints. The condo was far beyond my expectations. It was spotless and had all needed essentials. The resort itself was beautiful and the water park was excellent and never crowded or loud. Entire resort was very clean. The pools were huge and free of any trash, extremely clean. Seriously have zero complaints. Absolutely will be back."

"Wow, these homes are large! There is ample space for large groups. Not only are the shared living spaces jumbo, including the largest dining room table I've ever seen, each individual bedroom is massive. We had our annual company outing in the homes and it couldn't have been a better venue. Each bedroom having its OWN separate bathroom was a huge bonus as well. The process of getting pool passes for the main pool at Encore and a key to access the gym/tennis court was seamless. We had a blast at the main pool and pool bar, which is only a 5-minute walk from the homes. I read conflicting reviews on the pool heat, but I'm very glad we decided to pay to heat the pool and hot tub! It was the perfect temperature. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone that has a large group!"

"I will never book through ACO again. We have stayed in homes from Encore before and have always had a great experience. But it seems, ACO Vacation homes do not properly upkeep their homes. Rooms and bedding were dirty and had stains on the pillow cases and sheets. All the light switches were sticky for some reason. Broken furniture such as an ottoman found upstairs. Most TVs in the rooms had no connection. Blinds were missing on many of the windows. Dining room seats and table were dirty. Multiple ceiling stains found throughout the house. Found what we hope was chocolate on one of the remotes since we found chocolate wrappers in one of the top dresser drawers. Next time will make sure we are dealing with Encore direct."

"Here is a list as requested, with all the problems we’re having in our rental house.1. The AC upstairs has been broken since we arrived and it has been unbearable in the orlando heat to not have it working properly, we reached out to have someone fix it and they have still not come.2. the outdoor space was very problematic and unprepared for guests, there were broken tree branches and old dead trees all over, the pool was dirty and the outdoor seating is all mismatched with dirty unkept cushions. The space was completely run down and unimpressive. A pool like this should be cleaned and well prepared for new guests before arrival, however we had to ask for pool cleaners and landscapers to come and upkeep the pool, which also took a few days.3. when we asked for new cushions for the pool, we were ignored for a few days, then given only 4 new cushions when there are 10 chairs outside, and then we eventually got a delivery of more cushions but are still waiting for someone to come and assemble them properly (unless we are expected to do that?!)4. the garbage has not been collected in a timely fashion, and it was extremely unorganized. We ended up having raccoons eating all the garbages and making a huge mess outside as it was not picked up when we were told it would be.5. the game room is a complete mess, multiple games dont work properly and there is a massive leak which is extremely scary and dangerous near all the electricity in that room. "Ivan at checkin was wonderful but the house had issues from the start. the entire pool deck wasn't cleaned, goggles floating in hot tub, crushed fruity pebbles, cigar and cigarettes butts on the ground and previous renters left heat on in spa/pool so pool was 103 degrees. Multiple calls to get resolution but nothing. Then pool guy came the next day and skimmed it but had to add chlorine and said we couldn't use it now for 2 hours. wasn't able to enjoy pool at all due to temp, BBQ was broken, fire pits didn't work, hair in shower drain, one of the fridges didn't not cool more than luke warm, arcade room had 4 games, only 1 worked. Saw that house is for sale so seems seller is just trying to make a few bucks on it while it sells. Management was supposed to call me to work out a refund/credit but it's been 2 days since check out and nothing. Do not reccommend at all. "
