"Wet towels found hanging in the bathroom and toilet with stain seems not flushed by previous occupants and shows not cleaned by housekeeper before giving to new occupants and complaining to front office no use checked out in 10 minutes of two day stay that I booked the property denied refund "

"Rooms carpet are not too clean look clingy, dusty, stains, and bed sheets too have stains. Staff are rude not too friendly. "

"elevators and all floors wreak of weed smoke, refused to change rooms, refused to check heating in room, totally unhelpful at front desk, vending machine needs cash only, who carries cash? as a hotel, you should have numbers to taxi services for your guests or at least be helpful, don't just say "sorry cant help" RUDE people. "The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and a good size. The room was a good size with a desk and chair and there was another comfortable chair in the room. The hotel was quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A couple of minor things- there was a very large patch on the wall that was kind of ugly and not well done. Also, the bathroom door was kind of splintered a bit along the bottom. It just looked kind of worn but did not effect the comfort of the room. We did not eat in the hotel. Parking was fine- we felt safe."
