"Overall ok. Front desk didn’t have towels for the pool and gave us a hard time. They also have a hard time when we asked for an extra blanket. "

"The room was noisy, with neighbors watching tv until 2am. The hall and elevator had a strong weed smell. The phone in the room didn’t work, the TV was out of focus. The ad said warm breakfast, but it only had toast and waffles, with OJ and coffee. We were four guests and they only gave us three bath towels; when we asked for more, the reception said they were going to deliver and never did. We asked the housekeeper when she finally showed up, and she said she wasn’t allowed to. She left without cleaning/organizing the room. We were there for four nights and housekeeping only showed up once. We had to put the trash can out by the door to see if someone would empty it, since nobody was coming to clean the room. Staff was not friendly! Do not recommend and will not stay there again!"

"Overall, the impression was good — the room was clean. There were three of us, but only two towels were provided. I received SMS messages offering feedback on the service quality, but no one responded to my replies. The bathroom was completely empty and lacked space to leave clothes. "

"The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and a good size. The room was a good size with a desk and chair and there was another comfortable chair in the room. The hotel was quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A couple of minor things- there was a very large patch on the wall that was kind of ugly and not well done. Also, the bathroom door was kind of splintered a bit along the bottom. It just looked kind of worn but did not effect the comfort of the room. We did not eat in the hotel. Parking was fine- we felt safe."
