Excellent stay, clean and comfortable.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was helpful and allowed us to re-enter the room after we checked out because my mother left something in the room. Excellent stay. The only downside was the vending machine wasn't working, but the staff had put out a karraff with coffee as well as lemon/lime water.

This was just for one night in an emergency for a family emergency. The pro was the large room and 2 king sized beds with futon. However, for a longer stay would have switched rooms or hotels. The room: -smelled like straight cigarettes -there was blood on the barrier wall between beds -closet door was broken and off track -light switch was broken -Fire alarm and all the cords were hanging out the wall.

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2 out of 5 stars) My stay began poorly due to a booking miscommunication between the hotel and its partner site, which left me waiting nearly 40 minutes before check‑in. The first room was unacceptable: the bed was defective, the temperature was uncomfortably cold, the bathroom lacked soap, and the parking lot was icy, dark, and unsafe. Basic amenities such as a microwave and refrigerator were missing. Fortunately, Robin at the front desk provided outstanding service. She upgraded me to a suite, ensured I had proper amenities, and even supplied dining essentials. Her professionalism and kindness salvaged the experience. Summary: While the property requires significant improvements in communication, maintenance, and guest readiness, Robin’s exceptional service prevented this from being a one‑star stay.

After a checkin that was rough at a different hotel this night, this hotel provided my family with everything we needed to sleep well. The staff were very friendly and showed genuine care. I was disappointed that the room had no refrigerator or microwave. I didn’t catch that at booking. Also I thought for sure there was free breakfast included, but I was disappointed again. The location and price were right for this short notice stay for the sake of family connections.
