"Great, convenient hotel to the port before cruising the next day...easy walk across busy street, but with well marked crosswalks. Clean riim, and front desk loaned us an adaptor. Fresh breakfast with real eggs, bacon sausage cereals, breads coffee and juices and so much more! Staff are very helpful and welcoming. I woukd stay here again and highly recommend. "

"Positivo: el confort del dormitorio y del baño. La comunicación con Alfonso que vive en el mismo piso. Excelente limpieza. Negativo: hay que subir 3 pisos altos sin ascensor. La wifi es inestable. El microondas y la heladera están en el baño. Si se usa el baño no se puede cocinar. Si se cocina no se puede usar el baño. "

"I had a comfortable stay at the Best Western Premier CHC Airport. The property itself was excellent – very clean, well-maintained, and with great facilities. The location was convenient, quiet, and offered easy parking, which I really appreciated. That said, the biggest downside was the staff and service. Unfortunately, the staff were not very friendly or welcoming, which took away from what could have been an excellent overall experience. A warmer, more attentive approach from the team would make a big difference for future guests."
