A great place to stay if you have a slight. Truly 5 easy minutes car ride from the hotel to the airport. We didn't love the hotel restaurant, so we walked 10 minutes to a local shopping street and enjoyed great food and seeing how folks lived.

Comfortable stay close to the airport.

We enjoyed our one night stay. We decided to have dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious & service was good. The bed was comfortable, we found some movies in English, that we liked. The location, close to the airport was our main goal and the front desk clerk was helpful in getting us a taxi at 4:00 a m.

Check in was seamless, front desk ladies were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with, they helped us with our rental return logistics and taxis in the very early morning when the airport opened. Front lobby access is confusing from the road, signage is recommended.

I like the proximity of the Hotel to Genoa Airport (10 mins drive) and they offer FREE shuttle. Not a lot of walkable dining options in the area. Hotel restaurant seem pricey for their menus I would recommend a well lighted hallway along our Floor (4th Floor). Breakfast ladies staff need to smile and be more friendly even if speak little English, a warm welcome gesture is well understood in any language

We stayed here for 1 night after our cruise. Hotel shuttle picked us up at the airport, and the driver was very helpful with both our luggage and providing information. It was a 10 minute drive to the hotel, and when we arrived, the driver unloaded our luggage onto a cart and waited until we checked in so as to take it to the room for us!!! He earned a very good tip. The front desk staff spoke to us in English, and were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, the bathroom large, and the shower was in a very big bathtub. There was adequate storage for our clothes and luggage. Only negative is that the air conditioning unit didn't really work to cool the room. And, in order to use it, it was necessary to call the front desk to get them to switch it on. This was not intuitively obvious to me, and I only called the front desk after fiddling with the unit for 10 minutes. It took a few more minutes to be able to turn down the thermostat, but could only adjust/down by 3 degrees.

I had to extend my stay and the host got pissed because I didn’t want to pay him directly… and made us wait for almost an hour to give the new keys to our rooms, and almost yelled at me in front of others! It was really embarrassing and everything just because I book with the Expedia app.

I had a comfortable stay at the Best Western Premier CHC Airport. The property itself was excellent – very clean, well-maintained, and with great facilities. The location was convenient, quiet, and offered easy parking, which I really appreciated. That said, the biggest downside was the staff and service. Unfortunately, the staff were not very friendly or welcoming, which took away from what could have been an excellent overall experience. A warmer, more attentive approach from the team would make a big difference for future guests.

Ficamos apenas 1 noite. Chegamos tarde e o restaurante do hotel quase fechando nos atendeu de uma forma inigualavel, amaveis, atenciosos, fizeram uma excelente refeição para nós. Tinham nos dado o quarto errado, mas corrigiram assim que mostramos o erro. O quarto nao tinha vista nenhuma, mas nao nos incomodou pq estavamos só de passagem. Nota 10 pra todos os funcionarios deste hotel. Foram os mais queridos e atenciosos de todos os lugares que passamos. Deixaram uma otima imagem da Italia.

Très bon hôtel situé à proximité de l’aéroport belle chambre,bon petit déjeuner,chambre bien isolée mais il n’est pas facile d’accéder à la réception!!!!!Aucun fléchage pour y accéder et lorsque vous êtes devant l’hôtel il y a une petite terrasse en rotonde qui est fermée par une barrière et aucune borne d’accès!!! Nous avons donc été obligé de rester en stationnement sur la rue qui est très animée et d’aller questionner la réception qui nous dit d’entrer dans le parking et de trouver une place sans aucune information sur les places réservées à l’hôtel et une petite étiquette format A1 collée sur une porte nous indique d’appeler la réception via une sonnette.c’est la première fois où j’ai eu autant de problèmes pour accéder à un hôtel !!!!

Personnel très accueillant et professionnel, chambre grande et spatieuse, lit très confortable. On mange bien au restaurant de l'hotel et le petite dejeuner était très bon et il y avait plein de choix. L'hotel est situé à côté de l'aeroport, nous avons pu prendre la navette de l'hotel qui nous a déposé à l'aeroport. Très bon choix.
