"The shower drain wasn't working properly, we stayed 4 nights and they never cleaned the room, nor changed the towels, the bed sheets were so stained they weren't white anymore. The only pleasant thing was the theatrics of the receptionist lady. "

"The lodge at Tellico was a lovely location. The grounds are landscaped & maintained beautifully. There are areas outside to enjoy and a game room inside. We would love to return . I highly recommend staying here."

"The only issue I had was the bed was hard as concrete. I spend over 20 years in the military and have slept on concrete that was softer. Overall the hotel was nice and don’t have anything to say negative about staff, cleanliness or upkeep, just the bed."

"The cabin I stayed in on willow creek drive - waterfalls and it was so beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed my one night stay and will be booking again. Thanks for having such a nice area to have a peace mind and the hot tub was excellent. So relaxing!"
