Departamento espacioso

Nos alojamos en un departamento de dos habitaciones que tenia un balcón con vista al jardín. Eramos 4 adultos y estuvimos muy cómodos. El mismo era espacioso, nuevo, lindo, luminoso, refrigerado y limpio. Tenia toallas y todos los amenities necesarios. Contaba con dos habitaciones grandes, una cocina comedor equipada, un living con tv enorme, un balconcito amplio con una mesa (ideal para desayunar/cenar observando la flora y fauna del lugar). El jardín es muy bonito, con varios tipos de arboles distintos y decorado con luces y otros objetos simpáticos. Tiene una pileta muy linda, bicicletas disponibles para su uso y un espacio para dejar los autos en la entrada. Irving, se encargo de que tuviéramos una estadía mas que agradable, nos recibió, nos orientó en el lugar, nos recomendó sitios para visitar y siempre estuvo atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos con cualquier consulta que tuviéramos. Sin duda es un excelente lugar para hospedarse y esperamos volver pronto.

Super recomendable!

El Vivero es un lugar ideal para alojarse. Si estas con coche, y no paras sobre la playa, no encontraras nada mejor. El departamento es super confortable y limpio. Bien equipado y entre arboles y un clima de tranquilidad. Los dueños siempre están dispuestos a darte una solución o respuesta a lo que puedas necesitar, o incluso informarte sobre los sitios donde ir. El Barrio no es especialmente bonito, pero es tranquilo y seguro y estas muy cerca de todo. Si no estas en coche, hay bicis que te prestan en el Condominio. Todo perfecto! Un placer la estadía en El Vivero. La piscina es muy bella... el departamento super limpio, comodo y buen gusto!

Une seule fois.prix plus cher que la Suisse.

Alors on a passe um tres bon sejour, Tres loin de la plage 15 mnts a velo . Toutes plages semi-prive,je me sentai surveilled de partout. La Ville Tulum tres sale . Hotel bien , les chambres tres bien. Le salon enorme , des balcon tout le tour et compri la cuisine vraiment pas mal. Les personel très simpa.

Great stay !

Great place! To make base, if you want to relax and have a quiet night’s sleep but is still near the main avenue.... about four block’s away, were you can find restaurants and shops, complementary bicycle’s by the condo add to the fun ! Iwill definitely stay next time !

Awesome stay at Tulum

The place was perfect for a vacation getaway if you don’t want to deal with the heavy hotel traffic of people and hidden charges. The person in charge, Irving, was really friendly and helpful since it was our first time I’m Tulum. I would credit him for not only making us feel comfortable but also for making our vacation that much more incredible with his suggestions of what to do and where to go. The place is truly a hidden gem.

A beautiful hotel with amazing staff!

El Vivero was wonderful. The family that owned it are great and so helpful. The building is new and spotless. The pool is nice and new and the grounds are manicured with jungle canopy. Free bikes (one with a baby seat) make getting around easy. The water cooler in the kitchen was nice have too.

room is good, but location...

部屋は広く基本快適ながら場所に難あり。 まあ歩けなくはないんだけど中心から遠い。 自転車貸出しに期待したが、リスキーなバイシクルに加え夜は周辺真っ暗で無理。 ちっちゃな街の街はずれ感は嫌いじゃなかったけど、やっぱりちっちゃなプールに朝食なしは案外厳しいかも。

Family vacation

I recently stayed here for a wedding with my family. The condo was perfect, close to bars and restaurants. The only downside was having to drive to the beach, but it was an 8 min drive. I was mainly looking for something clean and safe since weren't going to spend too much time indoors. I totally recommend it if you plan on renting a car and traveling on a budget.

Lugar perfecto para descansar a un costo accesible

Fue muy fácil llegar al lugar y los empleados siempre fueron muy amables. El ambiente dentro es muy agradable por los árboles y plantas. El departamento es de un excelente tamaño, moderno y siempre la limpieza fue perfecta. Desayunar en la terraza se disfrutaba mucho pues la zona es tranquila, recomiendo llevar coche para poder trasladarte del condo a la playa u otros lugares pues aunque en bici también se puede, está un poco lejos y bajo el sol se vuelve complicado.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff

We stayed over two nights in this hotel. For us it was just what we were vaiting for: very clean and new apartment with two bedrooms. We didn't cook but there is a kitchen with fully equipment if needed. The staff was great and friendly and everything was just according to the booking. The location is a little bit far from the main street and the bars and restaurants. It seems to me they also rent bicycles for customers but we had a rental car and didn't need any other transport.

Beautiful grounds, and large, private space with full kitchens. There are bicycles to use, complementary, they bring in a large jug of bottled water for use during your stay, and there is ample air conditioning. These rooms look very new, and a bit out of place amongst the locals' homes. We felt very safe, and even biked to dinner on the Avenue after dark. There is no front desk, but the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. We would definately come back! Just so you know: This is far from the hotel zone and there are no beaches nearby. The pool is very small and a bit deceiving in size from the online photos....didn't bother us, but worth noting.

hidden gem!

Wonderful staff. Only hitch was that it was a bit difficult to find, but the proprietor actually drove out to find us and bring us to the hotel when we were lost! The hotel itself is away from the main road, not surrounded by other hotels, in a great location surrounded by gardens. Waking up in the morning there was amazing. The facilities are modern and the architecture is beautiful. Kitchen was well-stocked as well! Amazingly comfortable stay. Service was both relaxed and attentive.

Nettes personal, jeden tag kam die putzfrau vorbei, da noch sehr neu war die küche noch nicht optimal ausgestattet, aber sonst TOP, wir blieben gerade noch 2 nächte mehr! Ist ein wenig neben dem zentrum, aber wir hatten ein auto,hat uns daher nicht gestört.

Återvänder gärna

Mycket bra boende, hjälpsam personal, rent och prydligt. Stort plus för tillgång till cyklar och vatten i lägenheten. Vi har verkligen trivts jättebra här och känt oss välkomna. Rekommenderar varmt El Vivero till alla som letar efter ett ställe att känna sig hemma på.

El condominio, muy buen en general, estaba un poco escondido, y lejos de la zona hotelera, pero tenian bicicletas, nosotros levamos coche, pero en las noches estaba la zona muy muy obscura y un poco fea, pero el condomionio bien, los aires y la tele funcionaban en perfectas condiciones.
