Paradise found! I would definitely stay here again, the penthouse was simply amazing. Anel, the receptionist, was the perfect coordinator for our trip. The private rooftop pool was something else- a refreshing oasis!

Everything was great! No issues and the management communicated very well. There are mosquitos just be aware but everything was safe and great! Easy to find off of the beaten path and SAFE! We rented ATVs for the week and couldn't be happier!

Anel was amazing and kind. The property itself is VERY beautiful. The only downside to Casa Wahh was that the shower head didn’t really pour out any water and it was very light pressure. Other than that. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you Anel!

great spot - we had a very good stay at casa wahh. was well located between the beach and the main town so it was easy to get around. the only disappointing thing was that casa wahh was advertised as having free pool and jacuzzi access even for the terrace apartments which don't have a private pool. turned out to be a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna situation at a restaurant a few minutes away walking and the jacuzzi was broken and the pool didn't look as clean as we'd have liked. otherwise a good spot to relax and stay at in tulum. Anel, the property manager was very responsive and helpful!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Wahh. Really nice property. The quiet was nice and so were the amenities. Really enjoy the upstairs area. Also liked that, it had security and felt safe. Be aware that there is not much in the immediate area. A person has to walk or find a way to get to anything around there. Might make sense to Rent a bike, but we didn’t do that . The community pool isn’t much to talk about. As others have mentioned, there is construction all around, but didn’t feel intrusive at all.

Staying at Casa Wahh was such a great experience. The apartment was cleaned very well in preparation for our arrival. We enjoyed the fact that we had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Anel, the hostess, was simply amazing. She made sure that we had everything that we needed, and she was so easy to reach via WhatsApp if we had any questions or requests. We liked that the apartment is located in an area that was very safe. We also enjoyed being able to easily walk to shops and restaurants in the area. An added perk of staying at Casa Wahh was the fact that we had access to the spa facilities at Tuuch, which was a quick 3 minute walk away. If we visit Tulum again, we will definitely stay at Casa Wahh.

Firstly, the place is verty dirty! we discovered that the iron provided was not functioning properly, leading to damage to some of our dresses. Additionally, there wad a strong unpleasant odor in the unit, and we also spotted cockroaches in the apartment. The host never seemed bothered by these concerns or offered to clean as supposed.

The most Honest Review

Casa Wahh was insanely beautiful. It is in this luxury complex of apartments in Tulum. Casa Wahh is about a 20-minute taxi ride to the center of Tulum where all the restaurants and resorts are which can be a bit annoying because all of the taxi drivers are scammers in Tulum. If you plan on staying here, I suggest renting a car. The host Anel is the absolute best, she will do anything in her power to make your stay a pleasant one. We reached out to her with any questions or concerns, and she answered all of them in a timely manner. Take into consideration that these are apartments and not an adult only resort and there may be children or dogs on the premises. She has no control over that. We didn't get a chance to visit the spa but we did book a massage and clay mask in our room which was a 10/10. There is a restaurant called TUUCh on the premises which was great. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here, it made my stay in Tulum pleasant.

ideal space for people who want to be off beaten track, don’t like hotel strip vibe, want to cook/hang out together. has guards to get in and out of the neighborhood-but at our specific property, we’re there 30%. We rented early but management shift occurred. One of main reasons I booked was Bc of reviews of the previous hostess. Appliances are tricky. Laundry isn’t really a thing because it takes so many iterations to make it work & it still ends up smelly. Had difficulties w sink - obviously a lack of disposal, but even so I had to drain the pipe underneath myself w a bucket.ewww gross pool on the rooftop deck is darling but the size of a hot tub but not warmed. So if you are there in winter months, it is very chilly and no one wanted to get in and that was a selling point for me. The common pool advertised is 100% shaded and super shallow The kitchen is lacking in bowls, measuring cups, etc. We had a difficult time getting dishwasher & oven to work. However, the space is cool, the penthouse is amazing, you just have to know that it is a drive to most places. 100% authentic: was not in love with Tulum that I thought I might be.

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, 3 beds, one king in one room and 2 twins in another, beds are rock hard, not looking forward to sleep in them, we are not sure how this apartment shows as a property that can accommodate 5 persons, but some how Expedia or Casa Wahh, allow for a booking for 5 person, they shouldn’t. Check in was a nightmare, since I never got the access codes and no one seemed to answer my call, text or messages through the Expedia app, we were able to get in an hour later by mere chance as we happened to see a person that was leaving the apartment complex and he happened to be a person they worked here, he had to contact the managers to get the access codes. Beat in mind that the place is mosquito infested, so waiting outside, locked out for an hour meant to be fighting with mosquitoes. After we finally got in I reached out to the managers only to get this response response: “ Hello I am sorry Wr semt you all the info to the app I have the proves So please check well your messages.” They sent their screenshots and I sent my screenshots, they sent messages and for some reason I didn’t receive them. A technical issue but I was surprised by the rudeness of the manager “…so please check your messages well”, zero tact, zero care. I’m glad we are just staying here for one night on our way to Xcaret.

The stay was amazing. The only thing is just the exterior at night it’s pretty dark, but nonetheless it’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s very relaxing to stay there the communication it’s good with the host. Overall a good experience except for the cabs they can be pretty hostile if you get your own cab like (Eiby or Indrive) but the Taxis in Tulum are very aggressive and they just want to take the most money they can. I would just say be careful on that part.

Casa Wahh made for a perfect stay in Tulum. It is located in a gated community and feels very secure. It is also located near supermarkets and minimarkets, bike rentals, cafes and awesome restaurants. The way to the building is beautiful, especially at night. The unit itself was perfect for my daughter and I. It was very clean, well equipped and the private pool was fantastic and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, the beds as well. The AC works perfectly and is very efficient. The exterior bath and shower were a definite plus for us. Only a few things are to be known, they did not affect our stay negatively, except for the last (flying ants): - there is no regular condo maintenance unless you pay an extra fee (it is written and made quite clear in the instructions, but it seems in some comments that some travelers are unaware that this is NOT a hotel); - you might cross paths with small scorpions (centruroides species, inoffensive but maybe scary for some), spiders (water spiders around or in the pool, small ones from the tarentula species in the condo) and of course lizards; - there seems to be a problem with flying ants appearing whenever it will rain or it rains (the room by the pool and the adjacent bathroom became invaded, bringing in other crawlers like spiders... a huge one came in the bathroom from under the door leading outside, I believe...). Still, overall, Casa Wahh exceeded our expectations for our first non all-inclusive stay in Mexico.
