"Great overnight trip"

"Everyone on the cruise was very nice and welcoming, and they truly cared to make sure that we had a great time. Our suite was very nice, but the beds mattress could have been softer. The only big issue was the fact that I needed Wi-Fi to take care of some business and as soon as we left the bay, the Internet was completely out. Had I known that this was the case I would’ve come better prepared, and given that I paid so much for this trip I would’ve expected them to be fully transparent."
