"Hotel is dated and staff could have been more friendly. They have a free shuttle service to the MTR so that is definitely nice. Pool is clean and my daughter used it alot. Hassle free check in and check out. Just don't forget your travel adaptor. We are from the U.S and I had a hard time finding one."

"The staff informed me the price was not inclusive the tax when arrived. And I do not have any choose even just around HK$100. I thought that would mention clear in the information. However, all the staffs were very nice and helpful."

"I did not like that the rooms are not soundproof. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I love that they have washer and dryer. Nice pool, small kids playground and good views. I ate at their restaurant but I didn’t like it, it’s better to order takeout."
