"Our arrival experience at Parc Hotel Miramonti was extremely disappointing and stressful. We had booked and prepaid through Expedia for two people, half-board, in a superior room with a mountain view. Despite this, upon arrival we were told that the reservation only covered one person and that we had to pay an additional €70. When we checked the hotel’s own website, the rate for two people with half-board was still showing about €100 less than what we were being charged.

"This was one of my favorite hotels during our whole stay in Italy. The staff are SO kind and friendly. The room was like an apartment not just a room. The views are breathtaking. Breakfast was wonderful. So many options and all healthy and satisfying. We added on the dinner that was several courses and were very happy with the food and service. The facilities are top notch. We got massages and sat in the sauna, laid out by the pool on the rooftop. It’s so different and such a fun experience. I would come back here again and again! Highly recommended! "
"It was our first time in Dolomites and we are so glad we stayed here. The location is just perfect, a 10min drive from Ortisei (biggest town in Val Gardena). The hotel is family run and every single staff person makes you feel at home. Our room was super clean, spacious and with a balcony overlooking a beautiful mountain (think all rooms get this view!). They also have a great bar and restaurant with outdoor seating. The food is delicious and highly recommend trying any of their house wines! Would definitely stay here again!"
