"Our arrival experience at Parc Hotel Miramonti was extremely disappointing and stressful. We had booked and prepaid through Expedia for two people, half-board, in a superior room with a mountain view. Despite this, upon arrival we were told that the reservation only covered one person and that we had to pay an additional €70. When we checked the hotel’s own website, the rate for two people with half-board was still showing about €100 less than what we were being charged.

"Very clean and new hotel. Beds were nice and firm. Staff was helpful and speaks English. The breakfast being included was helpful; lots of variety. Parking is a bit of tough and I highly recommend not going with a car. The bus is just 5 mins away and the room came with bus passes plus the cable car. There is a very nice bakery across the hotel; but most bakeries are closed on sundays so plan accordingly. "

"This hotel is a 5-minute walk to either the bus or train stations in Bolzano. Very convenient, modern facility. It is a sister company to the Park Hotel, so we were able to use their lovely outdoor pool, which was a 2-minute walk away. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff was wonderful.
