Casa al Sole is conveniently located close to the main street of Urtijëi. The room is spacious, clean, and the bed was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented every morning. Manuel & Alexandra were very kind and helpful hosts.

We loved everything about this hotel. It is family owned and was remodeled in 2019. The breakfasts were absolutely the best! The view from our room was spectacular and felt like it could be on a postcard. The owners are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and took time to help answer questions about hikes and had great suggestions for our skill level.

We LOVED everything about Casa al Sole! The hosts, Jack the Aussie, the location, the delicious breakfast with such a wonderful variety of food and drinks… I could go on forever! Just amazing!!! Only have great things to say about our stay. 5 minute walk to the Main Street with all the shops and dining option. 5 minute walk to both lifts for hiking. Yummy breakfast and drinks with the amazing staff! Will definitely be back next time in the Dolomites!

The hosts, Alexandra and Manuel, go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. Whether it's with advice on how to best enjoy the gorgeous region or with recommendations for a lovely glass of wine at the bar, they will not leave you hanging. The house and the rooms are modern with attention paid to sustainability. I really like the style. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Casa al Sole and hope to come back in the future! Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 3 nights during an incredible trip to the Dolomites. This was one of our favorite places to stay. Manuel and Alexandra were amazing hosts. Check-in process and commuication was excellent, easy to get to the hotel. The rooms were very clean, and so comfortable. The most special is the daily breakfast, with local products. Would highly recommend this location as well, close to the start of many of the hikes. We loved it here, would definitely stay here again!

Very close to town, easy parking, fantastic breakfasts, close to multiple hikes and gondolas, and nice relaxing happy hours! The hosts Alexandra and Manuel were extremely kind, welcoming, and informative! We really felt at home in their beautiful inn. Everything was top notch. We had a splendid 3 days stay this weekend . The room was nice with new renovated bathroom . The breakfast which was delicious both in taste, view and healthyness and served by the table where different for every day. We chipsen to have it outside on the terassa. The staff were very pleasent and helpful. Outside big parking free of charge. We give the small hotel our best recommendation.

Do not hesitate to book a stay with Casa al Sole, this was by far the best stay of our entire 3 week trip. The building is a 5 minute walk from the bus station and the busier shopping area, and a 10min walk from the Seceda lift. We were greeted at check in and given lots of great recommendations on restaurants and things to do. All of the staff was very friendly and helped answer any questions we had. The room was beautiful, and the bar area downstairs was very nice to enjoy a drink and snack at. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at a B&B! Incredible homemade food, and they explained to us what each piece was and where from the local area it came from. We had to check out early the following day, and they were kind enough to pack us a breakfast to go. If/when we are ever back in Ortesei, we will absolutely be staying here again. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

Me and my husband stayed at Casa al Sole for two nights, and had the most unforgettable experience. From the moment we talked to Alexsandra, we could tell we were going to have a fantastic stay. She was so kind, welcoming, and just went out of her way to help us in any way she could. Manuel, who also runs the place, is just an amazing guy as well. He constantly checked in on us, gave us the warmest greetings, and made sure all of our needs were met. The place is beautifully decorated in a minimalist modern aesthetic. The breakfast is absolutely divine; you could tell that they make everything from scratch and only source the best ingredients. It is conveniently located very close to the town, the gondolas and the lifts. Not to mention, it has the most amazing views from the property and the balcony. Casa al Sole has that storybook warmth, charm, and magic that you think only exists in fairytales. Staying here was truly a dream come true. You will be treated like a dear friend and leave with the biggest smile on your face and memories that will last you a lifetime. I cannot recommend this place enough.
